Returns policy
Above all, we want you to love your Alex Pringle jewellery. But if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it.
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, if you prefer, a refund, provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, with any security tags still attached and in the original packaging. If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible and within 2 working days in any event. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
For all returns, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. We will refund the costs of carriage up to a maximum of £8 where the item is confirmed by us to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect. If you need to return an order, please contact us first with details of why you want to return the product(s) and whether you seek an exchange or refund (if applicable).
Once we have approved the request, please pack the product(s) carefully in a jiffy bag, ensuring they are complete, in perfect condition, unused, with any tags still attached and return to us at Yewden Manor Cottage, Hambleden, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 6RJ.
